Doug Elkins is available for Master Classes, choreography workshops, theater collaborations, and university and professional company commissions. His choreography and teaching are influenced by his background in hip hop, contemporary dance forms, capoeira, contact improvisation, aikido, and somatic practices. He frequently works as a stage choreographer.

 

Doug is currently on faculty at The Beacon School on the Upper West Side of Manhattan where his tenure is the subject of Where the Dance Is, a short film by Marta Renzi.

 

Repertory from Doug Elkins Dance Company is available for licensing.
